Dashboard ini dikembangkan sebagai alat bantu visual yang efektif untuk memantau kinerja proyek secara real-time serta mengidentifikasi deviasi antara perencanaan dan pelaksanaan di lapangan.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"626\" data-end=\"1005\">Dalam pengembangan dashboard ini, kami menggunakan <span data-start=\"677\" data-end=\"708\">data sumber dari file Excel<\/span> yang berisi informasi terkait aktivitas proyek, nilai anggaran yang direncanakan (Planned Value\/PV), biaya aktual (Actual Cost\/AC), serta nilai hasil kerja (Earned Value\/EV). Data tersebut kemudian diolah dan divisualisasikan melalui berbagai elemen grafik dan tabel interaktif di dalam Power BI.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1007\" data-end=\"1415\">Proses pengerjaan dashboard ini memakan waktu sekitar <span data-start=\"1061\" data-end=\"1093\">tiga hingga empat hari kerja<\/span>. Waktu tersebut mencakup tahap ekstraksi dan pembersihan data (data cleaning), pemodelan data, pembuatan relasi antar tabel, serta proses perancangan visualisasi yang informatif dan mudah dipahami. Setiap tahapan kami lakukan secara teliti untuk memastikan data yang disajikan akurat dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1417\" data-end=\"1899\">Salah satu ciri khas dari dashboard yang kami kembangkan adalah penggunaan <span data-start=\"1492\" data-end=\"1521\">background berwarna hitam<\/span>, yang memberikan kesan profesional sekaligus modern. Warna gelap ini juga berfungsi untuk menonjolkan elemen visual seperti <span data-start=\"1646\" data-end=\"1693\">diagram batang berwarna biru dan merah muda<\/span>, yang digunakan untuk membedakan antara data Actual Cost dan Planned Value.
